About the Company
Hydrogen in Motion (H2M) is a clean energy technology company developing advanced solid-state hydrogen storage materials and systems. Our work combines materials science, chemical processing, and engineering to enable safer and more efficient hydrogen storage for transportation and energy applications. Our pilot plant is located in Burnaby, BC, where we scale novel hydrogen storage materials from lab-scale development toward real-world deployment. The pilot plant supports process development, feed studies, and system integration, playing a key role in our path toward commercialization.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, equipment, instrumentation, and process-related issues
- Support mechanical and process troubleshooting during commissioning and routine operation
- Work with engineering and R&D teams to resolve recurring or complex issues
- Support experimental trials, feed studies, and process testing (e.g., controlled variation of inputs and operating conditions).
Documentation, SOPs & Reporting
- Follow existing SOPs and contribute to SOP updates and new procedure development
- Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and run reports
- Document deviations, incidents, and operational observations clearly and consistently
Safety
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support safety audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate operational status and issues clearly to relevant teams
