Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Salesperson located in Oakville, ON. The Construction Project Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals for residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves direct communication with clients, realtors, property managers, and other industry professionals to develop and maintain strong business relationships. The salesperson will also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, preparing project estimates, and coordinating with the construction team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in preparing project estimates and proposals
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
