Here's What You Bring to the Team:

  • A minimum of 3 years hands on construction experience
  • A positive, upbeat, willing to learn attitude
  • The ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
  • Basic understanding of residential construction, materials, methods and tools
  • General knowledge and awareness of safety protocols and regulations

  • A reliable vehicle and basic hand tools
  • Proficiency in using both hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to adapt and handle changing working conditions and requirements
  • Strong initiative to take proactive steps and anticipate needs without constant direction

Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of all construction activities on-site
  • Monitor project progress and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner
  • Execute site cleanup tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment, including the removal of debris and proper disposal of waste materials
  • Perform minor repairs and touch-ups at various stages of construction
  • Aid the Project Manager in conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure work is meeting specified standards and building codes
