Position Summary The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day site operations for residential construction projects, including both multi-family developments and single-family homes. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards while coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and assisting with inspections and compliance.

Assist in managing all phases of construction from site preparation to final walkthroughs
Support scheduling of subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections to maintain project timelines
Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct daily site walkthroughs to assess progress, quality, and resolve issues proactively
Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, and punch lists
Coordinate with trades and suppliers across multiple units or homes to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate effectively with site teams, project managers, and clients as needed
Assist with quality control checks and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly
Support turnover and occupancy processes for completed units or homes

3+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably in both multi-family and single-family projects
~ Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety practices
~ Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
