Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as a Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Manage and oversee the F&W Studio(s), providing a positive environment for TD Facility occupants of all physical levels, abilities and ages for any F&W Activity.
  • Maintain the F&W Studio to ensure all TD F&W Equipment is clean or presentable and available at all times and will notify TD Concierge Owner of any missing or malfunctioning F&W Equipment.
  • Perform inspection of F&W Studio for cleanliness and submit FM WO as required.
  • Create and operate a F&W Schedule to drive traffic to the F&W Activity.
  • Within the F&W Schedule, consider incorporation of other SOW Services (such as but not limited to, nutrition and healthy eating).
  • Crafting and implementing holistic health and wellness programs within various diverse environments.
  • Coaching and promoting health and wellness within organizations.
  • Development, implementation, and delivery of Health Education courses.
  • Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes tailored to diverse participant needs - focusing on individual goals, health conditions, and fitness levels.
  • Create and maintain job specific SOPs.

  • At least two years of related experience
  • A strong manager, leader, motivator and mentor.
  • A detail-oriented individual and a strong team player.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
