  • Optimize Revenue Strategies: Conduct deep analysis of competitive landscapes and recommend pricing and discount strategies to maximize revenue across parking, retail, and other commercial areas.
  • Build Business Models: Perform multi-variable ROI analysis for initiatives like retail lease negotiations, parking concessions, and air service route incentives.
  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Present data and recommendations clearly, tailoring communication for both technical and business audiences.
  • Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create and manage tools that provide real-time insights for commercial teams and partners.
  • Identify Risks & Opportunities: Use historical trends to forecast future expectations and provide well-supported recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure all reports, dashboards, pricing lists, and reference tables are accurate, secure, and organized for easy access.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with finance, IT, commercial, and other teams to align strategies and move projects forward.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, modeling, and dashboard creation.
