Looking to hire a bookkeeper. Hours and wage will be based on previous experience and skill level

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company

- Process payroll and remittance

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data

- Utilize accounting software (such as Sage) to record transactions and generate financial reports

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
