Bilingual Risk Rating Specialist

Contract:
January 26, 2026 – July 25, 2026

Positions Available:

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, fixed shifts (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

Location:
Hybrid (Downtown Toronto) – Initial training onsite (5 days/week for the first 2-3 months), then hybrid with onsite days to be confirmed

Pay Rate:
$26.90/hr + 4% vacation pay

Risk Rating Specialist
where you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of business financials and risk rating models

What You'll Do:

  • Read and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) of privately held companies
  • Input data into risk rating models to generate Borrower Risk Ratings (BRR)
  • Apply adjustments, combine financials, and eliminate intercompany transactions
  • Support risk rating management and take part in a positive, friendly team culture
  • Meet daily targets for both the quality and quantity of model inputs

What You Bring:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (must be able to read and draft basic written communications in both languages)
  • Post-secondary education in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Direct experience in accounting or finance-related roles
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements; knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to deliver high quality in a fast-paced setting
  • Team spirit with the ability to work independently
