Senior Coordinator HR Systems & Workforce Operations -12 Month Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Coordinator to join our HR Technology Operations & Workforce Management team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our workforce management and HRIS systems, supporting store operations, and driving efficiency through data analysis and process improvements.
What You Will Do:
- Perform daily data entry, investigate system errors, and implement enhancements within workforce management (WFM) and HRIS applications.
- Communicate and champion best practices in labour scheduling and time & attendance processing across the organization.
- Develop and finalize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) to support efficient organizational structure changes and company transitions within Workday.
- Manage and prioritize ServiceNow queues, providing timely support and effective resolution for user issues.
- Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key workforce metrics and performance indicators.
- Proactively evaluate existing tools and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Contribute to projects focused on improving or developing processes that enhance store operations and elevate the customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project support.
What You Will Bring:
Required:
- Demonstrated experience working with HRIS (e.g., Workday) or WFM (e.g., STAS/Persona) applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals and translate complex concepts into clear, concise presentations.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Employment Standards Acts.
- Proven experience in retail store operations, with a strong understanding of labour scheduling practices and time & attendance processing.
- Bilingual in French (written and spoken).
