About Us

Griffiths Pro Wash is a professional exterior cleaning and restoration company serving the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We specialize in roof soft washing, paver cleaning and sealing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window washing with RO/DI systems, rust removal, and Christmas light installation. Our company takes pride in professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship.

Position Overview

We are looking for reliable and motivated Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoys working outdoors. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of exterior cleaning services for residential and strata properties under the supervision of our site lead.

Job Description

  • Perform pressure washing, roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing
  • Safely operate pressure washers, surface cleaners, lifts, ladders, and water-fed pole systems
  • Mix and apply cleaning solutions (sodium hypochlorite, oxalic acid, Simple Green, etc.) as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company equipment and vehicles
  • Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and site protection (e.g., covering plants, rinsing surfaces)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related work is an asset (training provided)
  • Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to follow direction
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
