Sales & Outreach Support Coordinator

You'll work directly with the founder to build and activate our outreach engine — reaching out to potential partners, curating contact lists, and opening doors to some of the most valuable rooms in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and refine contact databases
  • Write and send outreach emails, DMs, and follow-ups
  • Attend networking events to support lead generation
  • Book intro calls and set meetings for the founder
  • Track pipeline activity and assist with light CRM support

Who You Are

  • A persuasive communicator (written + verbal)
  • Persistent and confident initiating contact
  • Self-directed and reliable
  • Socially savvy, especially on LinkedIn
  • Based in the GTA and available to meet in person when needed

Role Details

  • Unpaid 3-month volunteer term
  • ~20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
  • Remote-first (Toronto-based preferred for in-person meetings and events)
  • Direct mentorship from the founder
