Kelly Services' has partnered with a logistics company in Burlington, ON to recruit for a PART TIME Office Administrator

3 full work days a week or 5 days 5 hours a day.

More working hours in March and April

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support and customer service skills
  • Printing and matching documents
  • Scanning Files
  • Handling inbound phone calls, e-mails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office programs
  • Supporting other team members
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace and shared office space

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
