Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist (TikTok Shop & Social Commerce) with hands-on experience in TikTok marketing, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs.
This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who understands how to grow product visibility and engagement through TikTok's e-commerce ecosystem. You'll manage our TikTok Shop operations, support official account marketing, and build partnerships with content creators and affiliates to drive sales and brand awareness.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content, campaigns, and promotions with our broader brand and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize TikTok Shop listings, promotions, and campaign participation.
- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and TikTok Affiliate programs for product collaborations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Support official account management, including posting schedules, trends, and content planning.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on creative production, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Respond to product and customer inquiries via TikTok Shop to maintain positive brand interaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in TikTok marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate systems, and content best practices.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and partnerships.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and adapt quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer product or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with video editing or creative tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.).
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
