is seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead and continuously improve our food safety and quality systems in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll own SQF-certified quality programs, ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, CFIA/FDA, and customer standards, and champion a strong food safety culture across the organization. You'll lead audits, manage risk, drive process improvements, and mentor a dedicated QA team—while partnering closely with Operations, R&D, and leadership.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
  • 4+ years experience leading SQF programs and audits in a food production environment
  • SQF, HACCP, PCQI certifications (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, audit, and problem-solving skills
