Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires creativity, attention to food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizza dough and pizzas, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality, consistency, and safety
  • Serve dishes to customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to enhance culinary offerings
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to prevent contamination or spoilage

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience with meal preparation for diverse menus and dietary requirements is preferred
  • Familiarity with the food industry trends and customer preferences
  • Previous experience serving guests in a hospitality environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

Pay: $15.85-$32.32 per hour
