RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
  • Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
  • Maintaining personal and productivity goals
  • Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
  • Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
  • Open/Closing duties
  • Assisting with inventory, accepting orders.
  • Leading/assisting staff members.
  • May include other responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail service role, or a similar position.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management role, or a similar shift lead position.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (or Google Suite)
  • Highly motivated individual with an ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Effective leadership, coaching, training skills
  • Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.)
  • Part-Time Employees: Must provide at least 20 hours of availability per week during the Company's operating hours, with a minimum block of 4 hours per day. Employees must provide availability for at least one evening, and one day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Full-Time Employees: Must provide a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week during the Company's operating hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.65 per hour
