Senior Project Manager, EPC

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple large-scale infrastructure and EPC projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved.
• Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and deliverables to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and project teams across all project phases, from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on collaboration and accountability.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to strategic project planning and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance.
• Take initiative in mentoring and guiding junior team members - someone the team can look up to as a trusted leader and role model.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Provide technical and operational insights to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Support and reinforce a strong, positive, and high-energy team culture built around accountability, respect, and performance.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure (preferably multi-million dollar projects).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, and project controls.
• Proficiency with project management tools/platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive results across a lean, efficient team.
• Hands-on approach to management – willing to "get in the weeds" when needed.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

What We Can Offer You:

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000+ CAD (depending on experience)
• Performance Bonus (Variable based on company and personal performance)
• Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental, RRSP matching, and 3 weeks of vacation
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with occasional travel across Canada/USA as required
