Dental Administrator and Assistant

Our office is seeking a star to join our team This is a full time paternity leave position with high potential becoming permanent. It involves Treatment Coordinating admin support as well as a roll in Dental assisting. The successful candidate must be an energetic people-person who has strong front desk knowledge and expert dental assisting talents.

Responsibilities:
- recall list and establish efficient scheduling using Abeldent
- monitor hygiene production and lead in maximum hygiene appointment scheduling
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, insurance coordination and answer questions and resolve concerns to ensure patient case acceptance
- Assist with marketing growth projects
- Dental Assisting: 4-handed chairside, digital scanning IO, digital x-rays
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Dental office performing dental admin
- Must have CDA level 2 certification
- Must be comfortable and experienced with Dental assisting
- Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
- Must have excellent articulate communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service experience
- Responsible and Detail oriented
- Must have strong problem solving skills and be solutions-focused

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
