Position Overview
As
Team Manager – Residential Leasing
, you will supervise leasing activities, coach and develop your team, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of up to 5 leasing agents.
- Oversee leasing operations for a portfolio of 3,000+ residential units.
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to optimize leasing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and KPIs.
Desired Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in residential leasing
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Quebec rental laws and leasing practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual (French & English), written and spoken.
