On behalf of an Edmonton-based Engineering client, we are seeking a
Data Analyst
to join their expanding team.

The Data Analyst supports data-driven research initiatives that enhance strategic decision-making and operational performance. This role focuses on research to provide data for analysis, performing initial assessments to identify patterns or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research using internal databases, historical records, and vendor reports to compile relevant inputs for ILI Data Assessments and for system integrity health map.
  • Liaise with ILI DA team members and vendors to clarify data gaps and ensure alignment on assessment priorities.
  • Provide logistical support to the ILI DA team and the CSI team
  • Develop clear visualizations to convey complex data in an easily digestible fashion.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with any GIS systems (i.e ARCGIS)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Post Secondary Education in data analysis would be an asset
