Come join us, we are the company for youStarting March 2026In this position you will work closely with the management team, shadowing various roles in the company to become familiar with the coordination of site works, project management and project estimating/bidding. The ideal candidate is hands-on, innovative in their thinking and work, demonstrates strong initiative and possess a desire to facilitate projects from tender to the final stage.Responsibilities:Project Documentation: Develop, maintain and organize project documentation, including tender packages, RFI's, plans, permits, contracts and change orders.Communication: Conduct effective communication among project stakeholders, including contract administrators, projects managers, subcontractors, suppliers and on- site personnel.Resource Coordination: Coordinate the allocation of resources, such as equipment, labour and materials to support project timelines and requirements. Track progress and report any delays or issues that may arise.Quality Control: Ensure quality standards align with project specifications and company safety standards.Risk Assessment: Ability to proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation plans. Must promote and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project cycle.Reporting: Generate regular project status updates to the project manager and stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience in project coordination or similar role in the construction industry.Knowledge of the civil construction processes and methods.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Tech or Construction Management or related field an asset.Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00-$40.00 per hourBenefits:Dental careExtended health careLife insuranceRRSP matchWork Location: In person
