Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with deep expertise in platform development, customization, and deployment, combined with strong system integration capabilities. This role is responsible for building high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions and designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using middleware platforms such as Boomi.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using native platform capabilities and custom development
Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes
Manage solution lifecycle, versioning, and deployments across environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
Design and implement system integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using Boomi or similar iPaaS tools
Develop and maintain APIs, data mappings, transformations, and error-handling mechanisms
Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between systems
Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows and platform-related issues
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Follow best practices for D365 development, ALM, and integration governance

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of development experience
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to lead system design discussions offering different options for functional design
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and business skills to interact effectively with all levels of management
Experience in fashion retail industry a plus
Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications a plus
Bilingual in English & French

Technical skills:

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using native platform capabilities and custom development
Experience in Retail/POS configuration in Dynamics 365
Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript for D365 development
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes
Manage solution lifecycle, versioning, and deployments across environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
Design and implement system integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using Boomi or similar iPaaS tools (Mulesoft, Azure Logic Apps, etc..)
Develop and maintain APIs (REST and SOAP), data mappings, transformations, and error-handling mechanisms
Experience with authentication methods (OAuth, Azure AD, service principals)
Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between systems
Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows and platform-related issues
Proficient in X++ coding is an asset
Proficiency in integration development with other cloud-based systems
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, stored procedures, SSIS, MVC and other design patterns
Experience working with Commerce platforms like Shopify, Optimizely
Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Procurement and Sourcing configuration a plus
Follow best practices for D365 development, ALM, and integration governance
