to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business.

This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who enjoys working close to operations, building financial models, and delivering insights that directly impact performance.

What You'll Do

  • Support monthly forecasting activities, including revenue, margins, overhead, EBITDA, and cash flow
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process through detailed financial modelling and consolidation
  • Analyze monthly financial results and prepare management and board-level reporting
  • Develop project-level profitability analysis and performance dashboards
  • Track KPIs including labor productivity, margin performance, backlog, pipeline, working capital, and cash conversion
  • Partner with project managers on job costing, change orders, margin analysis, and revenue recognition
  • Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and scenario planning
  • Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and financial controls

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA (or in progress) preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills required; Power BI or similar BI tools an asset
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and project costing
  • Experience with Adaptive and Viewpoint considered an asset
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with operational and senior stakeholders
