Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 individualized ABA therapy designed and supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA).
• Use evidence-based strategies to support communication, behaviour regulation, social/play skills, and daily living skills.
• Record and graph accurate session data; provide clear feedback to your supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to maintain program consistency.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision meetings, and case reviews.
• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community programs as required.
• Support generalization and real-world skill development in natural environments.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Psychology, Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience supporting children with autism or developmental needs.
• Clear vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Reliable vehicle/transportation and valid driver's license.
• Genuine passion for working with children and families.

Preferred Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to pursue it).
• Experience with ABA tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS.
• Availability for after-school, evening, or weekend sessions.
• Strong professional communication and data collection skills.
