At Kids Care Autism Services, we are dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. We provide Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Therapy, and Occupational Therapy for children with autism and other developmental needs. Position Summary:

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech and language therapy for children with autism and other communication needs. The SLP will assess, design, and deliver individualized treatment plans while working closely with families and therapy teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home speech and language assessments and create individualized goals
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children in home settings
  • Collaborate with parents, ABA therapists, and other professionals for consistent progress
  • Offer parent training and home carry-over strategies
  • Track progress, write reports, and maintain client documentation
  • Ensure sessions are fun, engaging, and supportive of the child's daily routines

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
