Part-Time Maintenance Technician (Hospitality Group)

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support our hospitality group's locations throughout the year. This is a flexible, on-call position — perfect for someone experienced with general repairs and upkeep who's looking for steady, part-time work.

About the Role:

You'll be our go-to person for maintenance and repairs across our restaurants and lounges in Montreal. Tasks can vary from week to week and include everything from general upkeep to more specialized repairs.

Examples of Work:

  • Painting and touch-ups
  • Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, drains)
  • Electrical fixture replacements (lights, switches, outlets)
  • Carpentry and wood repairs (doors, trim, furniture)
  • Wall repairs (drywall, plaster, patching holes)
  • Equipment maintenance (ice machines, dishwashers, light appliances)
  • Basic HVAC or ventilation troubleshooting
  • Hanging shelves, mirrors, or artwork
  • General handyman and upkeep tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or building services
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Reliable, autonomous, and professional
  • Must have your own tools and access to transportation for visiting multiple locations

Compensation:

$35-40/hour (part-time, on-call basis)

Poste flexible, sur appel, idéal pour quelqu'un d'expérimenté en entretien général et en petites réparations, à la recherche d'un emploi stable et varié.

Description du poste :

Vous serez la personne de référence pour les réparations et l'entretien dans nos restaurants et lounges à Montréal. Les tâches varieront selon les besoins et la saison.

Exemples de travaux :

  • Peinture et retouches
  • Petites réparations de plomberie (fuites, robinets, drains)
  • Remplacement de luminaires, interrupteurs, prises
  • Réparations de bois et de menuiserie (portes, cadres, meubles)
  • Réparation de murs (gypse, plâtre, trous)
  • Entretien d'équipement (machines à glace, lave-vaisselle, petits appareils)
  • Vérifications de base sur ventilation ou chauffage
  • Installation d'étagères, miroirs, œuvres d'art
  • Entretien général et petits travaux divers

Exigences :

  • Expérience démontrée en entretien ou services de bâtiment
  • Bonne capacité de diagnostic et d'organisation
  • Personne autonome, fiable et professionnelle
  • Doit posséder ses propres outils et un moyen de transport pour se déplacer entre les différents établissements

Rémunération :

35-40 $/heure (temps partiel, sur appel)
