Electrical Inside Sales/Counter Associate

Presently, we are looking for an Electrical Inside Sales/Counter Associate. An understanding of electrical and electronic components is an asset, additional training will be provided.

You will be working within a fast-paced environment, requiring an energetic and outgoing individual who is detailed-oriented and accurate. You must be able to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner, be a team player, and self-motivated. Being able to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships will contribute to your success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Customer service: 1 years (Preferred)
  • Electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Outgoing, energetic and client focused sales professional
  • Possess a foundational knowledge of electrical products
  • Self motivated and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving ability
  • Attention to detail is a must

Job Requirements

  • Attend to/process orders and quotes received through walk-ins, e-mails and telephone
  • Source non stock and specialty products
  • Process invoices and credits
  • Grow and maintain relationships with customers
  • Receiving, shipping and merchandising stock
  • Continuous learning of electrical, lighting and automation products and sharing your knowledge with customers

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
