The Customer Operations Specialist manages select operational components of one ormore Yoplait Liberté Canada customers, acting as the point of contact for all service matters related to the customer. The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for order management, service issue resolution and supply Chain efficiencies

The Customer Operations Specialist role works closely with the Field Sales team, Yoplait Liberté Canada Supply Chain, and customer personnel to ensure accuracy and ease of transactions, while continually improving process efficiency.

Resonsibilities :

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring that orders filed meet Yoplait Liberté Canada policies
  • Manage and resolve service issues; devise a solution that best meets both Yoplait Liberté Canada's and the customer's needs
  • Work closely with Customer Operations team , Shipping, Facilities and sales to execute merchandising events
  • Communicate with Field sales and Trade team to ensure accurate invoiced pricing
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities to maximize efficiencies and/or enhance Yoplait Liberté Canada's relationship with the customer

Qualifications

  • College diploma in a field related to customer service
  • 3 -5 years experience in a customer service role in manufacturing industry
  • Computer proficiency – SAP and Microsoft Office, experience with Excel
  • Ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
  • Ability to develop and sustainong-term business relationships
