About the Role
6ixElement Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Booking Agent to manage talent bookings and brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, commercial, and entertainment projects. This role is suited for a driven professional who thrives on relationship-building, deal execution, and long-term impact within an established agency environment.
This position offers commission-based compensation with performance incentives and a clear pathway into an expanded role that may include base pay and additional compensation structures for the right candidate.
Compensation
- Commission: 30% on confirmed net talent revenue (bookings, campaigns, brand deals, usage extensions)
- Performance Incentives: Available based on quarterly outcomes and strategic milestones
- Growth Opportunity: Eligibility for an expanded role with base compensation and enhanced earning structure based on performance and tenure

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and pitch to brands, agencies, productions, and creative teams
- Secure briefs and booking opportunities for roster talent
Negotiation & Booking
- Lead rate, usage, and contract negotiations through confirmation
- Coordinate with clients, talent, and internal teams
Account & Client Management
- Maintain professional client relationships
- Support smooth execution of bookings and shoot days
Tracking & Reporting
- Log outreach, bookings, invoices, and payments in Airtable
- Maintain a structured and transparent booking pipeline
Market & Industry Insight
- Share trends, opportunities, and strategic ideas with leadership and creative teams
90-Day Expectations
- Secure paid bookings for roster talent
- Build and manage an active pipeline of opportunities
- Demonstrate consistent outreach, follow-up, and deal execution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in booking, talent management, or brand partnerships
- Existing relationships within fashion, beauty, entertainment, or commercial production
- Strong understanding of contracts, rates, and usage terms
- Highly organized, persistent, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Casting Networks, Breakdown Express, or Airtable
- Influencer or UGC booking experience
- Multilingual abilities (French, Spanish, Mandarin)
