Role Description MMG is seeking an In-House Tour Booking Agent to secure and manage live performance opportunities. Strong speaking and negotiation skills are required. Responsibilities ·       Book tours, showcases, festivals, and brand events ·       Negotiate performance fees and contracts ·       Maintain promoter and venue relationships ·       Coordinate routing, travel, and logistics ·       Represent MMG with strong speaking presence Qualifications ·       3+ years tour booking or live event experience ·       Strong public speaking and negotiation skills ·       Promoter and venue network ·       Understanding of tour logistics ·       Hip-hop / R&B experience a plus Screening Questions ·       Which artists have you booked? ·       Describe a tour you coordinated ·       How comfortable are you pitching artists verbally?
