Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, optimizing workflow efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager will also coordinate with multiple departments, manage budgets, and maintain excellent customer service to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively
  • Proficiency in process optimization, operational planning, and project management
  • Understanding of safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirements
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance or MRO services is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Experience with ERP systems and working in a technical service or industrial environment is preferred
