What You'll Do

• Visit clients in their Victoria homes and deliver personalized kinesiology services.
• Collaborate with our team (Admin, Care Coordinator, Physiotherapists) to support clients' rehab journeys.
• Provide education, exercise programs and motivational support to help clients build confidence and functional movement.
• Be a positive ambassador for our brand in the community, supporting older adults to live healthier, fuller lives.
• Use our provided software tools (charting/scheduling) so you can focus on client care.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (or equivalent)
• Registration with the BC Association of Kinesiology
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mobile role)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and a passion for helping older adults
• Comfortable with technology (Jane - charting, scheduling) and collaborating with a healthcare team
• Experience with older adult populations or rehab is an asset

We have been providing In-Home Physiotherapy for the past 20 years and are committed to providing the highest standard of care possible. Our caring & trustworthy team counts it a great privilege to serve seniors in their home and is committed to helping seniors live healthy & fulfilling lives.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00-$95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
