Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Must have own car.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from facility occupants.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
  • Maintain communication with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
