**CLEANER**

**Brief Description**

The position of **Cleaner** consists of performing any combination of residential, commercial and post construction cleaning while supervising other members of the cleaning team. It requires visits to multiple locations each shift and coordination of appointments scheduled by the office. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of team. Must have an understanding of and follow safety procedures for working with mild chemical cleaning products.

**Hours**
- Monday - Friday: Full time or as needed, some weekend work required at the end of month for rental turnover.

**Tasks**
- Cleaning of homes including bathrooms and kitchens (sweeping, mopping, appliances, dusting etc.)
- Weekly cleaning of common areas of shared accommodations
- Accessing and updating information on cleaning app
- Post construction cleaning of construction/renovation projects
- Cleaning of vehicle and equipment interiors

**Working Conditions**
- This is a permanent, full time, year-round position;
- Multiple locations everyday
- Outdoor and indoor working sites
- Heavy lifting may be required
- **Wage will be based on experience**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Valid Driver’s Licence required
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
