We are hiring full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team CSRs are responsible for delivering top notch service to clients while promoting a variety of products and services.

CSRs are responsible to:

  • Efficiently and effectively manage high customer call volumes.
  • Identify and address customer needs, providing solutions and educating on product benefits, availability, and pricing options.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and generate sales when appropriate.
  • Record call and sales details in the customer management system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets across multiple metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Superior phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
  • Competent in computer data entry and the utilization of customer management software.
  • Effective multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • Must be available for 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

Successful candidates for the CSR position will undergo comprehensive training and receive one-on-one coaching to ensure their success in this role.
