How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?RHS Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. The Branch Care Coordinator provides front facing customer support in the branch as it pertains to PAP and its related therapeutics and diagnostics.- Provides friendly and helpful support to customers by providing general information , and directling telephone and walk-in inquires to appropriate staff members.
- Provides information and educational material to prospective clients.
- Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch.
- Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostics and adds them to the electronic scheduling system including follow-up appointments for the branch.
- Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
- Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.
- Works both within a team and independently to achieve optional customer support. Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documents.
- Supports co-workers and the work of other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.
- Protects clients and employees by adhering the infection control policies, protocols including cleaning and disinfecting equipment.
- Contributes to a safe work environment by adhering to safety rules while working and encouraging other to perform in a safe manner. Report unsafe occurrences and / or practices.
- Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by understanding processes and workflow and participating in quality improvement activities.
- Assists in the management of equipment including warranty, maintenance and repair for internal asses as well as customer owned medical devices and other products.
1-3 years' experience in Office Administration or a Call Centre
Remain calm and professional under stressful situations
Superior organizational & customer service skills
Experience with insurance providers considered as asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
Completions of High School
Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Administration, Medical Office Assistant program or related discipline is highly desirable.
