We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist / Front desk administrator. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and welcoming workspace.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wage: Commensurate with experience.

Tasks specific to this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering, directing, and dispatching calls
  • Receiving and relaying messages
  • Greeting and assisting customers in professional manner
