Position Summary

The Implementation Specialist – TLN + Turret plays a crucial role in integrating, standardizing, delivering, and evolving all legacy TraderLink services within Beanfield as a unified entity. Reporting to the Manager, TraderLink & Special Projects, the Implementation Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams across the organization, including Project Management, Sales, Service Delivery, Support, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the integration of all legacy TraderLink services into Beanfield, achieving initial key objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure proper identification, categorization, standardization, and pricing of all service types.

  • Develop a focused training plan for the TSR team covering relevant service aspects such as service overview, technologies used, common deployments, standard troubleshooting steps, escalation, and daily operational checks.

  • Deliver the TSR training plan to the team and provide follow-up, mentorship, and reinforcement sessions as needed.

  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all service documentation and representation within company systems.

  • Conduct high-level introductory training for the Voice Engineering team, focusing on the network, infrastructure, and platforms used to deliver the service.

  • Act as a technical bridge for the Support and Voice teams during their onboarding and training for platform, infrastructure, and customer deployment support duties.

  • Provide high-level training to the Sales and CSE team, focusing on service concepts, industry-specific knowledge, and competitive and partner landscape.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the CSE and Sales teams when required.

  • Collaborate with Project Management, Voice, and Network teams to complete the facility exit from legacy data centers.

  • Devise an overall project plan for the remaining migrations of customers away from the legacy network to achieve synergies, standardization, and simplification of deployments.

  • Execute the migration plan in collaboration with all teams, acting as the overall project owner and lead.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
