The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to join our team for a 4-month internship starting January 2026. This role offers hands-on experience in building supply chain processes within a dynamic start-up manufacturing environment, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and efficiency.
What You Will Do- Help coordinate logistics and transportation, ensuring proper tracking and timely delivery of materials and products.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and creating receiving reports.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain processes for a start-up manufacturing operation. Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Assist in creating procedures and work instructions for the supply chain and operations team.
- Contribute to ERP implementation through data transfer and input.
- Support the maintenance team in tagging and logging equipment.
- Collaborate with the technical team during equipment commissioning.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of basic supply chain principles and inventory management.
- A 4-month internship with exposure to real-world quality systems.
- Hands-on experience in a start-up manufacturing setting, where you'll learn how to build processes from the ground up.
