PrecisionERP is seeking a SAP C4C/ISU Consultant for a 12+ month, remote contract opportunity with our client in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of techno-functional experience with SAP C4C, including hands-on configuration and customization.
  • Proven expertise in tenant replication, eFlow settings, and mashup configuration within SAP C4C.
  • Strong understanding of SAP IS-U (Utilities) processes and their integration with C4C.
  • Experience with CIC0 configuration and front-office process optimization in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK (Software Development Kit) or PDI (Partner Development Infrastructure) for custom development.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, or similar middleware.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Certification in SAP C4C or SAP IS-U.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CRM, or other SAP modules.
  • Experience with utilities industry-specific processes (e.g., smart metering, customer billing).
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies for mashup development.
  • Prior experience in a consulting role or working with cross-functional teams.
