POSITION AVAILABLE: Dental Treatment Coordinator

POSITION VACANCY: New Position

We have an excellent training program in place and are willing to train the right individual to help propel their career.

LOCATION:

  • Applicant must be able to travel and work between the following locations:
  • Brampton East (West of Woodbridge, ON McVean Drive, Brampton, ON
  • Brampton West Mississauga Rd, Brampton, ON

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or leadership role (dental or healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in dental software (Abledent and Orthotrack preferred).
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding patient and team experiences.
  • Long-term commitment and a desire to grow with the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations across departments.
  • Lead and support front desk and administrative staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high morale.
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and inter-office communications.
  • Monitor and optimize administrative processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle patient inquiries, financial arrangements, and insurance coordination.
  • Support billing, collections, and account follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet practice goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
