Job description

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain Snap-on's mobile showroom. Operate Tool Storage/Techknow vehicle, cab and chassis.
  • Sell tool storage, diagnostic product and all shop equipment to end-users
  • Work with Franchisees and Mobile Company Stores to increase tool storage product. sales and assist is selling diagnostic platforms and related products
  • Visit Customers on routes; showing products and working with Franchisees and Mobile Company Stores to close sales
  • Write and sign quotes with end-users
  • Order and merchandise tool storage and diagnostic product on vehicle
  • Maintain accountability for corporate assets i.e. tool storage and diagnostic product
  • Operate vehicle in compliance with the Snap-on program
  • Operate vehicle according to safety guidelines
  • Interact with Franchisees, Company Stores, and FPT members to ensure coordination of programs and policies, and to share best practices
  • Work with FPT members and Franchisees to help region meet sales goals
  • Attend sales meetings as required to keep current on tool storage and diagnostic products and promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Sales or sales management experience and retail experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license and must be able to obtain a Class 3 License with air brake endorsement. Ability to drive vehicle 70-85% of the time
  • Extensive travel required
  • 4-5 years of experience in a sales role
  • Some heavy lifting required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and relationship building

Fonctions essentielles :

  • Entretenir la salle d'exposition mobile de Snap-on. Conduire le véhicule d'unités de rangement/Techknow, la cabine et le châssis.

  • Vendre aux utilisateurs finaux des unités de rangement d'outils, de diagnostic et tous les équipements d'atelier.

  • Travailler avec les franchisés et les magasins corporatifs mobiles pour augmenter les ventes d'unités de rangement d'outils et aider à vendre des plates-formes de diagnostic et des produits connexes.

  • Visiter les clients sur les itinéraires, montrer les produits et travailler avec les franchisés et les magasins corporatifs mobiles pour conclure les ventes.

  • Rédiger et signer des devis avec les utilisateurs finaux.

  • Commander et commercialiser des produits de diagnostic et d'unités de rangement d'outils sur les véhicules.

  • Assurer la responsabilité des actifs de l'entreprise, c'est-à-dire les unités de rangement des outils et des produits de diagnostic.

  • Conduire le véhicule dans le respect du programme Snap-on

  • Conduire le véhicule conformément aux directives de sécurité

  • Interagir avec les franchisés, les magasins corporatifs et les membres du FPT pour assurer la coordination des programmes et des politiques, et pour partager les meilleures pratiques.

  • Travailler avec les membres FPT et les franchisés pour aider la région à atteindre les objectifs de vente.

  • Assister à des réunions de vente selon les besoins pour se tenir au courant des produits et des promotions en matière d'unités de rangement et de diagnostic d'outils

Exigences :

  • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente de préférence

  • Expérience de la vente ou de la gestion des ventes et expérience de la vente au détail un plus

  • Permis de conduire valide et doit être en mesure d'obtenir un permis de classe 3 avec l'endossement des freins à air. Capacité à conduire un véhicule entre 70 et 85 % du temps.

  • De nombreux déplacements sont nécessaires.

  • 4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente

  • Certains déplacements lourds sont nécessaires.

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office

  • Vous aimez interagir avec les clients et établir des relations.

  • Une formation aux Etats-Unis est requise.
