This Position reports to:
Head of Department, Production and MaterRelevant du chef de service planification et réalisation, le planificateur de production est responsable de traduire les commandes clients et les prévisions des ventes en un calendrier de production. Assurer l'exactitude de la planification en fonction de la réception des matières premières tout en optimisant l'utilisation des équipements et de la main-d'œuvre.
Ce rôle contribue à la division Electrification, Produits d'Installation d'ABB Canada et est basé à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Le modèle de travail est 100% en présentiel.
Responsabilités :
- Pour les cellules de travail sous sa responsabilité, développer des calendriers de production optimisés selon les prévisions des ventes, les priorités des commandes clients, la disponibilité de la main-d'œuvre, la disponibilité des équipements.
- Initier ou participer à l'élaboration de procédures visant à améliorer le processus de production.
- Réagir et intégrer rapidement les nouvelles informations fournies par les équipes des ventes, du service à la clientèle ou des opérations et ajuster le plan de production en conséquence. Communiquer de façon quotidienne les enjeux de production aux services appropriés.
- Identifier et communiquer, de façon proactive, les risques de rupture de stock et produire les plans d'action pertinents afin de pallier la situation.
- Gérer l'approvisionnement des composantes nécessaires à la réalisation du calendrier de production. Assurer un suivi serré des commandes avec les fournisseurs.
- Recommander des plans d'action en réaction aux retards des fournisseurs et du calendrier de production.
- Compléter les rapports de production et gérer les indicateurs de performance efficacement.
- Identifier des occasions d'améliorer les outils et procédés de la planification, et prendre l'initiative de mener à terme ses idées.
Exigences :
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans un domaine pertinent, tel que l'administration des affaires, la gestion des opérations et de la logistique, gestion de la chaîne logistique, management, etc.
- Une première expérience dans la planification, l'approvisionnement, la gestion des inventaires associé à un environnement de production.
- Capacité à démontrer les aptitudes suivantes : autonomie, rigueur, minutie et facilité à prendre des décisions.
- Qualités de leadership, de prise d'initiative et de communication font partie de vos forces.
- Grande capacité de planification et de gestion des priorités afin de respecter des échéanciers serrés.
- Facilité d'adaptation à un environnement qui évolue rapidement.
- Français obligatoire, anglais fonctionnel. L'anglais est nécessaire pour communiquer avec des clients à l'extérieur du Québec.
