Cardio Kickboxing Instructor – Adults (Part-Time)

Hayabusa Training Centre Ltd. is hiring a Part-Time Cardio Kickboxing Instructor to teach adult recreational fitness classes. We are looking for professional, reliable, dedicated, enthusiastic and positive individuals who are passionate about coaching and community.

*** Only serious applicants will be considered. Applicants must live in St. Albert or within 30 minutes of the gym.

Job Type

  • Part-time / Contract

  • Evening availability

Pay

  • $30.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date

  • Mid-January

Schedule

  • Minimum 2 hours per week

  • Consistent weekly availability required

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead adult cardio kickboxing classes in a safe, engaging, and professional manner

  • Teach basic boxing, kickboxing, and/or Muay Thai fundamentals

  • Create a positive, welcoming environment for recreational participants

  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs

  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times

  • Represent Hayabusa Training Centre in alignment with our values

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages
  • Ability to adapt instruction based on individual student needs and skill levels
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teaching and student development

Required Qualifications

  • Experience teaching or training in boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Positive, outgoing personality

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Ability to coach beginners and recreational adults

  • Clean criminal background check required

  • Must reside in St. Albert, AB or within 30 minutes of the gym

Bonus Qualifications

  • Amateur or professional fight experience
