Qualifications

  • Expertise in
    Python development
    — proven ability to build frameworks, APIs, or developer platforms is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with
    MCP-Context-Forge for agentic AI
    orchestration and context management.
  • Strong understanding of
    Unified Network Security & Observability for Kubernetes
    in enterprise settings.
  • Experience with
    LLM orchestration frameworks
    , multi-agent architectures, or conversational AI pipelines.
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps
    , workflow orchestration, and model serving, with emphasis on custom development over infrastructure setup.
  • Strong grounding in enterprise-grade software engineering practices (testing, packaging, versioning,
    CI/CD for Python
    ).
  • Understanding of responsible AI and compliance requirements in regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing
    internal Python SDKs
    ,
    libraries, or APIs
    for enterprise use.
  • Familiarity with
    financial services applications such as fraud detection, risk assessment, or personalized client engagement.
  • Ability to translate abstract business requirements into modular, reusable Python-based platform components.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with data science, security, and engineering teams across the bank.
