Automation & Data Solutions Analyst
Our client:
A large Real Estate Investment Trust Company located north of the GTA is looking for a Data Analyst with RPA expertise, who will translate data into actionable insights and automate repetitive business processes to drive operational efficiency.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include
:
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design RPA workflows accordingly
- Build, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation scripts to streamline operations and data workflows
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and real estate portfolio performance
- Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources including Yardi, Excel files, and cloud databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and track operational metrics
- Assist in the migration and transformation of data across systems
- Document and maintain clear procedures and technical specifications for all developed automation solutions and reports
- Support issue resolution and troubleshooting for RPA bots and data systems
- Maintain data integrity, ensure data security and follow compliance standards
- Provide training and support to business users on automated solutions and dashboards
- Stay up to date with the latest data analytics and RPA trends and best practices.
Qualifications and pre-requisites
:
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and solution development
- Solid understanding of RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and workflow logic
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience in designing, prototyping, and delivering technology solutions end-to-end
- Familiarity with Yardi or other real estate management platforms is a strong asset
- Knowledge of data modeling, process mapping, and systems integration techniques
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
