    • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
  • Listen to customers concerns and accurately document them.
  • Co-ordinate vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Follow General Motors 15 Point Responsibility Check List.
  • Upsell additional services or products to customers based on their vehicle's needs.
  • Co-ordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and vehicle history.
  • Accurately close repair orders and collect correct amount due to Schwab Chevrolet Buick GMC.
  • Maintain PBS service / parts workplan to ensure special order parts are handled in a timely manner.
  • Accurately communicate and update notes on open R/O regarding reason R/O is open.
