Summary

"Detail Shop Manager" position based in Canada is a key role at Auto House Automotive Group, responsible for overseeing our vehicle detailing operations. This role ensures high-quality service delivery aligned with our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in automotive care.

Responsibilities

b7 Manage daily operations of the vehicle detailing department to ensure efficient workflow.

b7 Supervise detailing staff, providing training and support to maintain high standards.

b7 Oversee quality control of all detailing work including buffing, cleaning, and window tinting.

b7 Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle preparations.

b7 Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.

b7 Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

b7 Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction.

b7 Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

b7 Proven experience in automotive detailing or similar roles.

b7 Strong leadership and team management skills.

b7 Excellent customer service skills.

b7 Ability to oversee multiple tasks efficiently.

b7 Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques including buffing and window tinting preferred.

b7 Valid driver's license required.

b7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
