Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and food industry experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, service, and maintaining a positive team environment to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including interviewing, training, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently
  • Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including serving guests.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and resolve any customer or staff issues promptly
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Uphold hospitality standards by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
  • Support restaurant management in implementing policies related to health & safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience within the food service or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
  • Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and customer service excellence
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is highly desirable
  • Additional experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
