The Opportunity:
As the Administrative Assistant to the Planning and Development department, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and keeping the team organized. You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle essential communications, making sure everyone is informed and engaged. Your role will involve preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking key action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. In addition to administrative duties, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting urban development projects by supporting the team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
